**Returns**
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

**Refunds**
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Exchanges**
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for an exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.

**Exceptions**
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.
